Abstract


The construction of the harmonious education is based on theconstruction of the harmonious society in our country as the necessary outcomeand the impersonal need.The construction of the harmonious education is based both on the height ofthe ideas in the past and our practice of the socialism harmonious society andthe stuff education as well.The thought of the harmonious society has experienced 2000-year investing andpursue which is not accomplished in an action if be transferred into the realitythe human’s struggling together is also needed. Firstly, founding the harmoniouseducational system is the most important. No complete system, no composingmechanism. Secondly, it is very necessary to build up the harmonious educationalsystem to ensure the construction of the harmonious education resource to beshared in the harmonious suitable society and be perfected in the ascendancymutual dynamic mechanism. Thirdly, it is needed to build up the thought of theharmonious education characterized by democracy and non-democracy, justice andequal, honesty and fraternity, energy, stability and harmonious mixture of theman and the nature, which is the basic thought of the construction of theharmonious education. At the same time, harmonious society is dynamicallydeveloping with the human society consequently the construction of harmoniouseducation should be established on a dynamic and a continuously consummated idealfoundation. Fourthly, it is important to set up the principle of constructionviz human-oriented idea, system consideration, just competition, scientificliving, life-span education, area practice, dynamic developing and completerealization. The construction of the harmonious is enclosed with humankind whichshould think both the construction form and the content on the height of thehumankind. The humankind demands the proper competition and the scientific livingwhich is rested with the sense and the scientific knowledge of the humankind andthe learning upgrading as well. The realization of the harmonious society is aprogress from point to face which should be based on the priority of the areapractice. The construction of the harmonious education is synchronized with theconstruction of the harmonious society which is a dynamic progress. Theconstruction of the harmonious education is awaited by both the propaganda theharmonious idea and the participation the whole society members, both the leadingof the policy of the government and the legal system to realize the criterionmanagement and the amalgamation of the educational reform and harmoniouseducation as well. The harmonious society is a great harmonious ideal systemcharacterized by the harmony of man and man, man and society, man and nature whichneeds the holding education of the whole society members. The construction ofthe harmonious education should both base itself upon the homeland and scan widelyto the whole world.
