Abstract


This paper studies the integrated management technologies for complicated equipments in large chemical plants on the background of the demands of equipment management in“Coal Replacing Petrol”project in BaLin Petrol Chemical Ltd. The main research contents and achievements are listed below.Firstly, according to the ideas of system engineering, the paper studies and summarizes the features of equipments management in chemical plants, establishes the architecture of equipments integrated management, and presents the main contents of state monitoring, equipment maintenance and equipment purchasing.Secondly, the state monitoring system for the acentric compressor machine sets is designed including hardware and software. The system manages to monitor the real-time states and can successfully analyze and diagnose exceptions on the machine sets.Thirdly, the maintenance patterns under integrated circumstances are discussed and the evidence and ideas of the methods for maintaining equipments and dealing with equipments accidents are proposed. This paper also analyzes the methods of making equipments maintenance plans, controlling maintenance processes and maintenance quality.Fourthly, the implementing method of equipment purchasing is researched including analyzing stock decisions, investment planning, choosing type and inviting and bidding methods in equipments purchasing.At last, based on the above achievements we develop a computer aided equipments integrated management system which is capable of improving equipments management efficiency.
