Abstract


Equipment management accounts for a large proportion in industrial enterprises, especiallyin continuous production company. The operation status of the equipment influences theefficiency and quality of production the most. Therefore companies must establish a series ofcorrect and feasible equipment management program to ensure the efficiency of equipmentoperation. This will makes great contribution to ensure the quantity and quality of the products.As a continuous production company, A iron and steel company, it’s equipmentmaintenance plays an important role in business operation. There are mainly three problems inthe equipment maintenance. First, there is no clear program planning system for equipmentmaintenance, its mode of operation is in a position of backward; Second, its disorderedproduction site management affects the quality and efficiency of operating equipmentmaintenance; Third, the responsibility for equipment maintenance process are not clearlydemarcated.Given to the analysis of these problems and based on the knowledge of the theories, thepaper offers ways to solve these problems. I worked out a set of equipment managementsystem, and as for the production site, in order to keep it clean and efficiency; I give a plan onclean up and set-oriented management system. Finally take the crown block and collecting areafor instance, I bring forward a way of division of responsibility to every people.
