Abstract


With Jilin Province to speed up the pace of construction of the old industrial bases in Northeast China, and the deepening of the concept of industrial clusters, Transportation Manufacturing cluster of vehicle manufacturers and parts suppliers, stimulating local economic development, and to weather the financial crisis and other external shocks have played an irreplaceable role. Currently, Jilin Province, petrochemical, food processing industry, optoelectronic information industry and bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing industry direction to intensive, large-scale development. Sufficient funds various stages of development of enterprise essential factors of production, especially for this huge industrial chain of industrial clusters, sustained and stable financial support is a prerequisite to ensure the normal operation of the cluster enterprises and within industrial clusters in Jilin Province uneven financing ability, not only to become the primary factor in the development of further constraints clusters, Jilin Province obstacles must be cleared by the economic boom.
