Abstract


In an increasingly competitive market environment, an enterprise can be in an invincible position for a long time, depending on the enterprise’s market-competitiveness. The effective way to improve competitiveness of enterprise is executing performance management, achieving input-output optimization of enterprise operation through the implementation of performance management, in order to improving its overall strength. The formation of the theory of performance management, enable enterprise be scientific, standardized and obtain maximum benefits. It is proved over the years that, to establish an effective performance management system is practical significant to enhance the company’s overall competitiveness. This paper based on introducing the concept of performance appraisal management and trends, aims at the state-owned investment corporation’s management features, research for this new type of structure of the company’s performance management system. According to the theory of performance management, with Z’s operation practice, the results of theory and practice of performance management at home and abroad as a reference, on the foundation of the theory of Management, Organizational Behavior, Object Management, Motivation theory etc., on the principle of combination of scientific and comprehensive, relativity and systemic, quantitative and qualitative, adopt an integrated approach in order to establish scientific, systematic and effective performance management system for corporation. The establishment of this system not only has improved the economic efficiency of corporations, but also has improved the management level, the same referential significance and reference value for State-owned Investment Corporation which of this style.
