Abstract


With foreign banks to access China’s city commercial banks and the emergence rise, banks have a competitive advantage for forging and optimize the value chain, all the financial reform. Customer Manager is not only connected with the customer’s bank ties, as well as banking profits were directly created, the performance evaluation is not only a human resource management areas, more banks are marketing research. This paper wanted to get out with the feasibility of a universal and comprehensive examination of ideas.Writing in this paper, the operating performance evaluation program for the core, warp and weft line two structures discussed framework, integrating theory with the evidence, and interpretation of integration model, on the macro runs through the entire chapter layout, micro reflected in each section, in the framework of direct reflection on the content of article six part : The first two parts of the main topics of context, meaning, writing ideas and structures, as well as the related theories cited and discussed.
