Abstract
Fashion, short popular time and flexible selection are important features of the prints which belongs to the textile of individual art + technology atmosphere. For the difficulty and the conjunction of other different industries, the printing industry was regarded as bottle-neck of the dyeing industry. Compared with advanced countries, the long lead-time from design to production and the lack of creative ability have become the main problems in the textile industry of china. So the development of automatic screen making machines of self owned intellectual property come into being against this background.This paper presented a design scheme of the wholly mechanical and electrical control system, furthermore, it discuss the digital PMSM servo system for Ink-Jet Screen Engraver based on the vector control methods for PMSM . The core hardware of the servo control system is the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407A. The paper introduced the details of some hardware problems, including the feedback circuits for motor current signal, rotor position and rotating speed signal, the paper also presented the main circuit and its protection circuit, operating system module and so on. The i_d = 0 control was applied on the PMSM servo system through the TMS30LF2407A software. Some problems such as start-up of the motor, vector control, SPWM output, fault protection closedown, system communication, were discussed in this paper. Experimental and simulation results demonstrate that i_d = 0 control method realize the decoupling control of PMSM, and provide the system excellent dynamic and static performance. By means of simulation, this paper analyzed the effects of current feedback filter on the performance of servo system. As the application of the digital signal processor , AC servo system is widely applied in various industrial products, such as NC machine tool, industrial robot, electric vehicle, household apparatus etc for the improved adaptability.
