Abstract


Credit is a bond to maintain social and economic health ,and a base to build good social order. Tax credit is an important part of the social credit system. The establishment and improvement of the tax credit system is significant on the standard tax act and promoting the tax according to law, and it is the same important on the improvement of tax compliance level, optimizing revenue environment and promoting the market economy sustained, rapid and healthy development.Since the reform and opening up, with China’s economic development and social progress, China’s tax credit for higher requirements. However, from the domestic tax credit development level, the development of tax credit is not achieved satisfactory results. In view of this, this paper analyzes the development status quo of tax credit in Hengshui city, analyzes on the reasons of the slow development of tax credit, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.This includes five parts research content. Firstly, this paper expounds the background of the development of tax credit, and the tax credit theory are reviewed in this paper, the necessity of tax credit. Secondly, according to the domestic and foreign experts, the analysis of the existing tax credit theory system theory. Third, the tax credit in hengshui city development status is analyzed, and combined with the tax credit theory, analyzes the slow development of tax credit in Hengshui city. Fourth, foreign tax credit analysis of the development of advanced experience of China, puts forward the tax credit system construction significance. Finally, learn from foreign advanced experience, for the reasons of tax credit system in hengshui city develops slowly, proposed to promote the development of tax credit countermeasure and the suggestion about Hengshui,at the same time provide reference building on the tax credit system for the city.
