Abstract


Nowadays with the rapid development of information technology and network economy, not only professional e-commerce enterprises in their efforts to seize the opportunity, port companies with the advantage of cargo distribution are to conduct e-commerce applications based on their own industry to enhance their competitiveness. Making full use of port information resources, using e-commerce models and technology to integrate and mine in depth the value of business and information operations of port that is the effective measures for Tianjin port to develop its business and operations. The author writes the master’s thesis based on the participated project "Port Logistics Information Platform and E-commerce System" as a subproject of "Development and Application of Key Technologies of Digital Port" managed by Tianjin Science and Technology Committee and the main contents include as followed:First, the status quo of the port e-commerce research at home and abroad is overviewed and the impact of e-commerce in ports is generalized. By the analysis for Shanghai, Qingdao and and Singapore three ports e-commerce applications, experience and lack is summed up to provide reference for the platform construction of Tianjin port. Then, Tianjin e-commerce platform model is researched in various perspectives of overall framework model, trading patterns, document transfer model, information dissemination model, business model, profit model after Tianjin port logistics, information technology and e-commerce application status are introduced. The introduction of SOA, not only expresses the use and integration for existing systems on the node enterprises, but also has a direct impact on the solution for data transmission and system security. After the analysis for customer groups and platform requirements, the design for e-commerce platform of the above models is proposed in the view of function module and information matching. Finally, the keys of the SOA e-commerce platform implementation are figured out by the thesis and the research and deployment expands from three aspects of the overall system deployment, technical support and security system. The component-based, enterprise service bus, middleware and heterogeneous data integration technologies become important breakthrough for achieving SOA platform.The purpose of this thesis is to practice the professional e-commerce operation to the port to improve the port information operation efficiency and make resource allocation rational while achieving revenue and solving the trade matching issue with genetic algorithm. In this thesis, model theoretical research depends on the analysis for the application status on which basis, that the design and implement are offered. The thought is reflected that the theory is from practice and to guide practice.
