Global economy has been in trouble through a financial storm which had swept across the world in 2008.Our economy has been influenced inevitably by the overspreading subprime crisis.Through the conduction of demand,exchange rate,price and so on, our export was attacked seriously,which has resulted in our decreasing export trade,aggravating risk and management trouble even bankruptcy of our export enterprise,increasing unemployee and slowing down economic development.In order to weaken the influence of the financial crisis,our government had raised the export tax rebate rate for seven times to support the export of our textile product and steel product.However,there are many problems in the implementation process of export tax rebate policy,such as export rebate owing,disjoint between tax collection and tax rebate, which must be explored and improved continuously.Through analysing status of our export influenced by financial crisis, the thesis researched developing process,implement feature,innovative process of our export tax rebate and its enlightenment,explored the effect of export tax rebate through econometrics model and IS-LM-BP model,took examples from foreign export tax rebate and came to a conclusion that our export trade can be improved by carrying out export tax rebate policy,found shortage of our export tax rebate and put forward some proposals about how to improve it.
