Abstract


Different experts have different viewpoints on financial innovation. Especially after financial crisis, whether we absorb experience of foreign countries, defer all kinds of innovative measures or take this opportunity to bring China’s economy more in line with international practice, speed up the pace of innovation. The purpose of this paper is to find out our securities company’s direction and approach of innovation power in the future through making comprehensive analysis of the securities company in China and drawing lessons from the financial crisis impact on foreign competitors.Firstly, the paper explains correlation theory about financial innovation briefly, reviews domestic securities company’s development process of business innovation and the present condition of this industry and analyzes the financial crisis impact on securities company in China. Secondly, makes empirical study on the listed securities companies of our country. Finds out present innovation direction through comparative analysis, conducts study on various business innovation, works out innovation key point and direction of securities in different scale in the future. Finally, according to above-mentioned empirical study, finds out existing problem of securities companies on the business innovation and gives corresponding solution and advice consequently.The paper integrates theory with practice, uses qualitative analysis with qualitative analysis method, based on the data, we study securities business innovation problems by using statistical analysis, comparative analysis, empirical method, mathematical statistics and econometrics analysis. This paper concludes financial crisis influence on securities company in China by documents, investigation and statistical analysis, points out that our domestic securities should seize this opportunity to prevent potential risk, promote our strength, participate market competition, move toward the mature financial markets gradually and accelerate business innovation in the meantime.
