In our country, the small little enterprise have the colonies of life and vigor in the market economy most, have very important function on national economic development, it is no matter in such aspects as innovation, adjustment, emergence of regional economy, setting-up of harmonious society of industrial structure of products technology, playing an important role in settlement of employment and transformation of rural laborer. However, it is difficult that financing has been the main obstacle of restraining small little enterprises from surviving, developing all the time. Especially under the global financial crisis, the production and operating activities of small little enterprises receive the serious impact, financing difficult granting the loan difficult seeming more outstanding by question of short of funding etc..This text has described small main status and function in our country’s economic development of little enterprise on the basis of defining small little enterprises in science. In small little enterprises, circulating small little enterprises have occupied quite important position. Having analyzed during our country’s commercial banking, current situation and existing problem of small little enterprise’s financing. Use the information asymmetry principle," cherish the loan " as to the bank Cause go on analyzing, light without being pointed out it is little enterprise credit drawback in system, and credit innovates the necessity studied. Have analysed and researched the exploration that state organ and commercial bank of our country have already made in small little enterprise’s financing. Finally, innovate and study analysis and discussion to the branch of Hangzhou of CITIC bank to the credit of the little enterprise’s loan. In view of light little important status of enterprise of circulating etc., should competent to carry on the innovative research of credit to guarantee way of enterprise this kind of. Carry on detailed analysis to the innovative current situation of credit of the branch of Hangzhou of CITIC bank in the article through SWOT analysis, put forward the present existing problem of this branch, and propose the innovative mode on this basis. In the article ending, the business innovation mode of this commercial design of bank puts forward the sageguard measure, in order to ensure feasibly, the expectation can generalize to the medium and small shareholding system bank of the whole country this innovative mode.
