Abstract


The asset management business, which serves as an important source of revenue in developed countries, has gained huge profits for many worldly renowned international brokerages as a common and mature mode of rendering financial service. Asset management business innovation has become a heated topic for the securities traders in China and viewed as a key breakthrough spot for the innovation and development of the securities traders’ business. Because of its late start, the strategies and approaches of making innovation so as to win a greater sense of recognition from more investors had become a challenge for most of the securities traders. Hence a research on the innovation of securities trader’s asset management business would be of huge practical significance.This paper aims at pointing out the existing problems and indicating the importance and development opportunities of asset management business innovation for securities traders in China by analyzing the development status of securities traders’asset management business and its potential innovation juncture. Through the various securities assets management business competitive position empirical analysis, the paper finds the influential brokers asset management business comprehensive competitive position the main factor. Analysis of the effect of these factors factor, the paper put forward our country securities assets management business innovation concrete content, and finally achieve for the domestic securities trader in the asset management business innovation the purpose of provide reference.By reviewing the development process, launching current status analysis and making comparisons with other domestic asset management enterprises in the first place, the paper pointed out the currently prevailing problems exist in securities traders’asset management business. Later, by introducing the innovation background of securities traders’asset management business and its linkage with other business as well as the substantial support provided by regulatory authorities, it pointed out the importance of asset management innovation and development opportunities that China securities traders confront. In the third place, it launched empirical analysis against the competitive position of the22selected individual securities traders, arranged a blended score ranking and analyzed the score influencing factors. Furthermore, on the basis of analysis influence factors, the author elaborated her detailed innovation tactics in aspects of investment strategy, product and organizational structure as a conclusion to the whole research.
