Abstract


As information technology continues to evolve, people have changed production and business sense. Human society is gradually maturing into a network economy. E-commerce as a product of information technology for business operations in a new way provides a new trading patterns for human society. The successful e-commerce needs to integrate the information flow, capital flow, business flow and logistics. In these four flows, logistics is the most special one and the prominent role of e-commerce increasingly. Logistics not only can promote the healthy development of e-commerce, but also can reduce distribution costs and improve efficiency of delivery for e-commerce companies.According to the basic theory of e-commerce and logistics, on the view of the business company how to choose the right logistics model, this studies e-commerce logistics. Firstly, it summarizes the theory of e-commerce, logistics, distribution theory, and theory of e-commerce from the origin of e-commerce and development. On this basis, this analyses the current development of e-commerce logistics distribution status and the main problems. China’s logistics and distribution patterns under the electronic business environment mainly conclude self-logistics model, third party logistics mode and logistics alliance model. There are some questions in e-commerce logistics and distribution, such as the high cost of logistics and distribution, low quality of logistics and distribution, low level of modern information management problems and serious waste of resources. Secondly, the method of selecting logistics distribution model under the e-commerce is studied, and established the evaluation system of selecting logistics model, e-commerce enterprise’s logistics strategy is mainly based on operating costs as low as possible to reach a certain level of customer service, to accurate delivery of services to maintain the customer loyally to maintain the stability of the logistics system, so that the logistics sub-system and other major subsystems can maintaining good coordination and so on. Based on the logistics strategic target decomposition it formed three aspects and sum to eleven evaluation indexes about describing the quality of distribution management, logistics costs and logistics system. The Network of Idaigo from logistics point of view of the strategic position of a case study, using the AHP and Delphi method to be evaluated. Finally, the development of logistics distribution under electronic commerce strategies and recommendations put forward.
