Abstract


International Direct Investment and International Trade as an international economic activities,are two important components of international economy, plays an important role in the countries’development. Cross-strait economic and trade on the economies of Taiwan and the mainland are two outstanding contribution to economic growth. Study Taiwan businessmen investing in mainland China cross-strait Trade, of great theoretical and practical significance in accelerate cross-strait economic development and promote the peaceful reunification of the motherland.In this paper, the Marxist theory as the main theoretical basis, from the status quo of cross-strait trade, described taiwan businessmen investing in mainland China promot cross-strait trade volume, trade structure, trade patterns, taiwan businessmen investing in mainland China on the impact of the historical evolution of cross-strait trade and industrial difference. At the same time, pointed out that Taiwan businessmen investing in mainland China on the impact of cross-strait trade facing policy barriers, trade friction and so on. And proposed broadening channels of communication, guidance and support for Taiwan-funded enterprises to do the transfer and transformation of possible countermeasures.
