Abstract


The rapid development of science and technology and economic integration is a double-edged sword. On the one hand it makes the world getting smaller and smaller, and enhances economic cooperation and trade among countries; on the other hand, for countries in the world, economic trade is becoming more competitive, and the news of frequent trade friction spread on the Internet, therefore, mankind has entered the globalization era of opportunities and challenges. With the continuous development of international economic trade, continuous fall of all countries’ tariffs and other reasons, the international fight against dumping and anti-dumping into the white-hot stage, and it has become the international trade issues of common concern, as a war without guns.Due to china’s advantages in resources and labor forces, China’s export products has frequently involved in anti-dumping lawsuits, and about 40 to 50 billion of products are affected in anti-dumping. China has become the world’s "biggest victim", while China’s market is also suffering the continuous dumping of foreign products, and a large number of imports are dumped in the domestic market, in the face of the attack and the double test of foreign anti-dumping and dumping, China’s enterprises seems to be weak in responding, while there are many serious problems in the credibility of cost information and financial evidence, such as, negative attitude to business response, weak cost management, lack of information in other related costs, which lead to failure in dumping and anti-dumping. Dumping and anti-dumping is more than just trade issues, but also financial problems.Based on the above background, this paper on the results of previous studies, according to the logic of ideas "identifying problems, analyzing and solving problems", combines norms method and cases method to analyze financial problems in response to dumping and anti-dumping, to give some suggests.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part introduced the research background, significance of the topic, and previous research results at home and abroad in dumping and anti-dumping, second part on the basis of previous research results in the dumping and anti-dumping described the basic theory and correlative economic theories, marketing theory and financial theory, which is good for understanding the content in behind. In the third part, the situation and existing problems of response to dumping and anti-dumping and the causes of these problems were described and analyzed. Part four from a financial point of view put forward strategies for solving each problem. In addition, considering the comprehensive strategy, in this part other aspects of the strategy should be also put forward. The last part is a summary of the full text, summarized similarities in response to dumping and anti-dumping process, but also pointed out the study’s shortcomings and further prospects for future research.I studied both dumping and anti-dumping from a financial perspective, and summarized common ground in response to dumping and anti-dumping. While anti-dumping duty is also studied as an important method to solve the problem in response to dumping and anti-dumping, all above are Innovations of this paper.
