Abstract

Along with the fast development of modern information technology , the network technology is widely and thoroughly applied in education day by day, and the connection of Internet and campus net has provided rich resources , at the same time opened a broad prospect for the elementary and middle school education. The conformity of information technology and the curriculum for the elementary and middle schools education can effectively consummate the teaching, including innovating traditional teaching ideas, and improving students’ study methods, it can also fully uses the teaching resources and the teaching environment, and constructs a new pattern of modern teaching .The conformity of information technology and fine arts teaching can provide an interesting and confident way for students to make use of the latest fine arts study resources , explore the new fine arts study patterns as well as to develop their potential . The conformity can also strengthen the elementary knowledge without the limit of time and space, and develop the knowledge outside books. It can build a new road to develop the individuality and the innovation spirit of students.This research is based on the theory of"constuct study principle", which emphasizes the education thoughts and the teaching ideas of "students-centered",and lets the student independently construct the knowledge significance . It has had a great influence on the traditional teaching structure and the educational model of fine arts classroom instruction in our countryThis article takes "Transmits Our Aspiration"as a practice research case, (third unit , seven grades , junior middle school ) The goal of this unit is to make the students understand and grasp the general knowledge and basic skills of the layout design practice through the classroom wall newspaper arrangement( knowledge skill goal) , and deepens their love for the colorful campus life , trains the students to unite and cooperate with each other so that they can develop a close interpersonal relationship(emotion, manner, values goal), and in this way, they can enjoy and share the pleasure of success and cooperation( process and method goal). When it has reduced the difficulty of fine arts knowledge and skills , the new curriculum even more emphasizes the humanities of fine arts education, among which "the process and the method" are especially emphasized ,and therefore , this research lays stess on promoting the students to participate in the fine arts study independently by means of using the information technology.This study pattern takes the students as the center, so under the help and the guidance of the teacher, the students can independently participate in study , thus achieve the goal of solving problems and grasping knowledge in a great desire and good mood. Or they can make an attempt to invent and discover just like scientists. Specific patterns are as follows: raise tasks and arouse interest-- establish cooperation group-- explore study resources with the aid of the information technology--exchange and conform information and accomplish task -- issue achievement on the network to promote multilayer exchange.
