Abstract


At present,most of the modern enterprises use the chain business model.The enterprise not only expect that the shelves of the shop can be maximum limit place many kinds of commodities to satisfy the customer’s request,but also they don’t expect that keeps in stock excessively high,increases the goods in stock risk and the cost of inyentory.In order to satisfy the Customer and enterprise’s request,guaranteed the goods of the shop circulating fast,a highly effective logistics is essential.As a result of the logistics’ specific requirements of the retail trade and poor service of the Third-party logistics,many massive enterprises set up their distribution center to satisfy the need of shop chain-like highly effective operations.With the high speed development of the retail trade,the enterprises correspondingly increases regarding the logistics investment In this case,it is very necessary for the enterprise to check the cost of the physical distribution center,so that they can improve the operation and control the running cost of the distribution center,then provides the more highly effective physical distribution support to its core business.The thesis first obtained from the retail trade physical distribution cost research present situation,to summarize overseas and the domestic theory and the practice research condition.Then it provide a logistic analysis and research to distribution center’s component,influencing factor,cost accounting’s application mode,cost accounting and cost control.It further explore the reason of high cost of the retail trade’ distribution center,then point out the way of cost control of the distribution centre by applying.Profits from the domestic and foreign enterprises to the physical distribution cost accounting and the achievements appraisal fundamental research and the practice achievement.This article explains KOF Tower deliver center as a case,though the physical distribution cost anaiysis and in the control foundation,Proposed and the analytical study has implemented the physical distribution system process optimization management,the carrying out variation strategy,establishes internal Supplies the chain,the construction hypothesized physical distribution allocation center highly effective and so on low cost strategy,provided the trifle experience by the time to the retail trade physical distribution allocation center’s operation,promoted our country retail trade physical distribution enterprise development.
