Abstract


the concept of Information Resource Integration is brought about during informationization constructing from the brushfire exploitation period to the system integration period,which now has become the common and hot question of information-based building. However,the research of it focuses on library&advice resourse and the information resourse of the enterprises all along,moreover,most of the research is on the software implimentation.There are still few related theory and method of information resource integration and its modelization for the other informationization aplication project.As the basic theory of the research,the information resource integration theory and the dynamic vehicle scheduling theory were studied thoroughly at the first part of the paper:have done summarize of the research of information resource and dynamic vehicle scheduling throughout the world. Have introduced the relative problems of vehicle scheduling,analized the characteristic of postal vehicle scheduling and the significance of its implication of dynamic vehicle scheduling;analized the meaning and characterristic of information resource;done research of the theory of information resource integration from the birth of the consept and the definition、its relationship with information technology development、supported theory and some relative modeling methods.The primary content of the paper is:put the E-R-P(Entity-Relation-Problem) theory which was originally used in Knowledge Expression into information resource integration,and created an descriptive model of information recource integration based Entity、Relation、Problem. And then used it into the vehicle scheduling system of Kunming center post.Information resource integration is a system engineering,the research of information resource integration theory based on E-R-P in the paper is directed by system theory and the technique of system engineering.As to the study of the theory,it has taken into accout the universality in use of the theory and the measures,while on the practice of the case,it is guided by the modeling method and conbine by closely with the characteristic of the vehicle information resource of Kunming center post and the ultima aim which is dynamic scheduling,the final information resource integration model is taken into shape through five phases of time after time reforming and detaching of the Entities and problems.
