With a rapid development of social economy and increase of the income of people, thedemand for financial business has dramatically increased. Yu Ebao, a money-market fundpromoted by Alipay, and the private logistics company, grab market resources. One the otherhand, the introduction of restrictive policies of government makes major banks in trouble,particularly the China Post Bank. The pressure of country finance agency outlets of the Post,which are the hands of Post Bank, is as more unparalleled as ever before. In front of the greatcompetition, there is only one way for country finance agency outlets to walk on, it istransformation.Based on the country finance agency outlets in S country as the main research object, byinvestigating the background and current situation of Post of L City and S country, with the helpof normalization of the finance agency outlets and advanced experiences from other post bureau,we can take good use of the model of the SWOT-PEST and questionnaire method to find themacroscopic and microscopic elements which hinder the development of finance agency outletsin S country. We can get some reasonable and plausible measures by improving the aspects onpolicy supporting, risk management, outlets reconstruction, personnel allocation and areadevelopment. By researching the problem of transformation of country finance agency outlets,we can find a bright way to fit the whole outlets in L city as well as the entire S province.
