But with the development of enterprises, business philosophy changing as well as improvement of management level, The demand of financial management which involve centralized management of funds, improving the efficiency of capital use and reducing the operating costs, is increasingly urgent for China Telecom.Currently, there are many problems about funds management in the Group subsidiary province companies, which are mainly capital distributed, capital monitoring and management difficult, the daily financial word excessive, funds safety difficult protection and so on. The paper based on provincial telecom companies put forward by building a safe, reliable, easy to use interconnected system between bank and company to improve fund use efficiency, reduce costs and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.The study context of this paper firstly summarizes the related theoretical knowledge about interconnected system between bank and company, then expounds interconnected system between bank and company planning, ensuring the system positioning、goals、design principles and overall planning, and then puts forward X province telecom interconnected system solution design, including system solution software, Internet system platform, and interconnected system security.Based on the related literature research, the paper searches the vacancy of the study about interconnected system between bank and company for telecom enterprises, and provides reference for other scholars in this field research.
