Abstract


Compares to the foreign construction company, the construction management in China falls far behind. The construction enterprise in China has large project scale, but little profit. The inefficient construction management cause poor economic outcome. The major reasons are the backward project management, simple cost control methods and lack of awareness of cost management among the project managers. To improve the project cost management is the important means of enhancing the economic benefits and core competence for China construction companies.In order to achieve a satisfying cost management, this thesis studied the analysis, plan and control of the cost management practice in all periods of the construction project, based on the telecommunication construction project and a CDMA-R project model.This thesis examined the cost management theory, methods and technology basis. It introduced the telecommunication construction project and its features. Then it presents the procedure, object, tasks, composition of the construction cost, analysis pattern and controlling process. Started from the project cost management, along with the construction cost management and controlling, the thesis gave a detailed description of cost management before and in the CDMA-R project. With the help of progress management and human resource cost control technique, the all stage cost management was achieved. Finally, the construction cost management methods are used to track, analyze, control the CDMA-R project, smoothly achieving the ultimate goal of budgetary cost control and being successful.The fruitful results of this thesis will be carried out in the communications construction costs of individual control with reference.The result of this thesis could be regarded as a reference for the telecommunication construction project in individual project cost control.
