Abstract


In recent years, as people’s living standards and health awareness are improved, sufficient, safe, and nutritious food supply has become the most basic needs of human life, sharing information on food safety issues is more and more attended by universal consumers, producers, administrators and other stakeholders.This dissertation analyzes the essential characters of food safety information in first, Then discusses the factors that affect the supply and demand of food safety information. Fuetherore, on this basis , it has studied the food safety information supply and demand for the administrators, producers, consumers respectively in details. The conclusions show that administrators who play the most important roles in the food safety information sharing are the main supplier of food safety information and consumers are the main body of food safety information needs. Afterward, the dissertation analyzes the current status of food safety information sharing in our country. what is more, it also discusses the "lemonmarket" problem related to food safety information sharing.In view of the supply and demand of food safety information and the current food safety information sharing situation on the administrators, producers, consumers, the dissertation puts forward a design plan of constructing food safety information sharing system. On the one hand, constructing a interactive food safety information sharing system between the administrators , producers and consumers. The sharing system mainly includes food safety information integrated management sharing platform and food safety information sharing service platform. The integrated management sharing platform mainly solves information sharing problems which lie in both transverse and longitudinal administrators, and the information sharing service platform main task is service, which provides information service for producers and consumers so as to protect the public right to know by pushing the information which belong to the integrated management sharing platform. At the same time the platform is an important channel for managers to acquire feedback information. Food safety information sharing service platform mainly contain content design of the sharing platform, user management system design, shared catalogue system design, unified information interface design, expert consultation system design as well as individual service system design. Food safety information integrated management sharing platform mainly include food safety information trace system, food safety information collection system, food safety information alarm system, food safety information examining and supervising system , and food safety crisis processing system. On the other hand, constructing a sharing mechanism is a effective means to realize the food safety information sharing, which creates a good "software" environment. The sharing mechanism mainly include the content of mechanism, security mechanism, regulatory mechanism and operational mechanism. Among of which, the mechanism content is a base, security mechanism is the focus, regulatory mechanism is a key problem, and operational mechanism is the core. At the end of the dissertation ,it brings forward some policies and suggestions on how to construct the food safety information sharing system.
