Abstract


Small and Medium private enterprises are very important part of Chinese economy. In pace with the quick development of national economy, and with the support of policy, small and medium private listed companies have already become a new power in capital market. Among the researches of corporate governance, research on shareholder structure and corporate performance has always been the key point. Relatie to state-owned listed company and some big private listed company, small and medium listed companies have their own specificity. This article studies the private listed company on small and medium enterprise board of Shenzhen stock exchange, analyzes the feature of the shareholder structure of these companies and its effect on corporate governance mechanism by positive method, argues about the characteristic of corporate governance structure of Chinese small and medium private enterprises. Base on the results of theoretical and positive researches, the article gives some policy proposals. It is a good supplement for shareholder structure and corporate governance-relative researches and has some certain reference value for the healthy development of Chinese small and medium private enterprises.
