Abstract


Today, economic globalization, regional economic intergration and knowledge economic determine the world economic development. Industrial agglomeration, as its main characters are spatial connection, flexible specialization and the root, is becoming a new and effective spatial organization form of promoting regional economic development. As an important phenomenon of regional industy distribution, industrial agglomeration not only becomes a research hotspot in economics, management, sociology and so on, but also attracts great attention and importance of the government decision-making departments and industrial planning departments. Facing the challenge and opportunity, Nanchang as an underdeveloped regions, in the process of accelerating the process of industrialization, the scientific and rational choice is active in the production process of transformation of this way, taking the industrial park as the carrier, adapting to the implementation of industry cluster strategy, to accelerate the regional economic development, thus improve regional competitiveness continuously.Beginning with industrial agglomeration theory, this article elaborates the economics analysis of industrial agglomeration effects of high-new technology industry development zone, then makes the key empirical analysis of the agglomeration effects of Nanchang hi-tech industry zone, and lastly attempts to offer some policy suggestions of improving the industry agglomeration effects of Nanchang hi-tech industry zone.The study of this article unfolds from the following aspects:the first chapter is introduction, it mainly illustrates the background, significance, main contents and structural frame of the paper; the second chapter begins with the conception of the industrial agglomeration, elabrates the study on industrial cluster domestic and overseas. Domestis research mainly include the introduction and illustration of foreign latest study, the study on induarial cluster problem and the study on the experience and countermeasures of industrial cluster;the third chapter anlyzes the externalities, the transaction cost and the technical innovation effects of the agglomeration effects of hi-tech industry zone; the forth chapter starts with the development situation of Nanchang hi-tech industry zone, introduces industry concentration, industrial cluster index and location quotient index, and then adopts CES production function P=AQβKγof TangJie to estimate the regional indusry agglomeration effects, then makes the comprehensive evaluation of Nanchang hi-tech industry zone;the fifth chapter offers policy suggestions from government and industry association, to improve the industry agglomeration effects of Nanchang hi-tech industry zone, and promote regional overall competitiveness of Nanchang.
