Abstract

The coal industry as the basis of energy-based industries in our country’s national income and social development has a very important role. With the coal chemical technology progress and development, the coal industry in the world economic development has gradually become the direct driving force, supporting the industrial prosperity and social progress. China’s abundant coal resources, coal to occupy only the total amount of fossil energy resources, more than 80%. With the rapid pace of industrialization accelerated demand for energy to become increasingly expanding, the basic position of the coal industry has been increasingly strengthened.From Party Congress plenary session to "11th Five-Year Plan", we have a clear understanding of the combination of information and industrialization development road is the only way to promoting China’s economic development. "11th Five-Year Plan" make we combine to go both ways, this is the policy support on the national policy of the development of industrialization. Large coal enterprises in China in recent years have increased product automation and Enterprise Information construction. Many results have been achieved, but compared to the foreign enterprise is also a gap. With the enterprise information strategy, Lu’an group need the information strategic research.First of all, analyze the enterprise information situation of Lu’an Group. Lu’an Group on internal and external environmental factors of various important factors drawn from the analysis of the development of the group. Through the SWOT matrix analysis, strategic decision can be generated in the above SO, WO, ST or WT strategies, which were optimized to maximize the advantages of Lu’an Group and the available opportunities.Secondly, according to information overall objectives of Lu’an Group to be achieved, introduction of information system construction and the corresponding system improvements should be made to analyze the information strategy impacts of Lu’an Group.Finally, the Information Strategy implementation issues that need attention and must be deal with several relations, the following security measures:to increase scientific and technological innovation within the group Technology Center in the role; implementation of the "talent thriving enterprise" strategy, striving to improve Corporate team building high-quality; enhancing their core competitiveness of the coal industry; accelerating economic growth pattern; doing information technology and business management to achieve the perfect fusion. The next step for the group to achieve hundred million tons of coal into large groups, to large-scale groups, international Lu’an should lay a good foundation.
