Abstract


The investigation data discovers that whether in China or abroad, the rate of the success about enterprise projects is not very high, and more than a third of the enterprise projects are in total failure, and failed projects in enterprises are in objective and massive existence. Facts have proved the resources of failed projects in enterprises have real and potential value, which can not be negligible. Drucker once said:"The most important factor to success is the ability that we can acquire new knowledge from the past wrongdoing and applicate it in more efficient way". Based on correcting mistakes, the success is the most effective. Today, we configure failed project resources more reasonably and effectively in building the saving-type society, but failed project resources which are through resource recycling or further learning process before configuration can apply to other projects, for example, we need to transfer internal knowledge of projects to outside manifestation and transfer knowledge and technical know-how, and construct knowledge base, therefor, failed project resources to recycling value is the premise and foundation of optimal allocation of resources.This thesis launchs study on knowledge resources of failed projects to recycling value by referring to the theory of project management, knowledge management and the BPR, and by adopting the methods of questionnaire, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the comparative method. The thesis is mainly divided into five sections:The first part expounds the meaning and purpose of knowledge resources of failed projects to recycling value and the related literature review, and summarizes the main research contents and the main research method; The second part analyzes failed projects in enterprises and knowledge resources of failed projects. Firstly, the thesis defines the connotation of enterprise project failure and puts forward the concept of failure based on the thesis.Secondly, the thesis gives the order of importance in factors causing project failure by principal component analysis of SPSS software.At last, the thesis introduces the implication and feature of knowledge resources of failed projects; The third part mainly introduces the content, significance, principles and supporting power of knowledge resources of failed projects to recycling value, and constructs the chain mode of identification-get-storage-transfer by referring to knowledge value chain to realize value of ascension and value-added; The fourth part summarizes the obstacles in the process of knowledge resources of failed projects to recycling value and comes up with their corresponding solutions; The fifth part mainly generalizes the main conclusion of the thesis, and puts forward the direction of the future research and prospect.
