Abstract


Since we introduced the reform and open policy, the position of SMEs have been constantly raised in the development of Chinese economy. The SME clusters have become a essential driving force in the regional economic development, played a prominent role in easing employment pressure, attracting talents, speeding up regional urbanization. This phenomenon have already drawn close attention form many scholars, entrepreneurs and related departments. Therefore, it is of practical significance to research the interaction between SME clusters and regional economy, find and solve the problems arising from regional SME clusters, provides a new approach to the coordinated development of industrial clusters and regional economy.Based on the analysis of large amounts or different literature and various materials, this thesis has also researched the subject of SME clusters and regional economic development with a combination of methodologies. The innovation of this thesis lies in combination with the development situation of Chinese SME clusters, analyzing the interaction between SME clusters and regional economic development, and attempting to puts forward the strategies to promote regional economic development through the construction of SME clusters.This thesis can be divided into six sections:SectionⅠIntroduction:It gives the background of my choice item, basic thoughts and methods of the thesis. It also introduces the structure of paper.SectionⅡThe theoretical analyses of SME clusters & regional economic development:In this chapter we focus on the basic characteristics of industrial cluster and SME clusters, discusse the industrial clusters’ influence on the competitiveness promotion of SMEs, and further studies the interaction between SME clusters and regional economic development.SectionⅢEmpirical analyse of SME clusters promote the regional economic development:This chapter introduces the development situation and the problem of Chinese SME clusters.SectionⅣCase Analysis of SME clusters promote the regional economic 山东大学硕士学位论文development:We’ll discuss the effects SME clusters have got on the regional economic development, take the industrial clusters of Datang hosiery and Yunhe wooden toys for example.Section V Counterplan Research of SME clusters promote the regional economic development:This chapter points out the actions and countermeasure that the government and SMEs can put forwad, and gives my suggestion.Section VI Conclusion and prospect:Summarize the whole texts and point out the deficiency of my Research.
