Abstract


The development of modern information service industry clusters will help to enhance a region’s capacity for independent innovation, promote the integrate development of industrialization and information technology, enhance a region’s economic competitiveness and improve the residents’quality of life. Better development of modern information service industry clusters needs for effective cluster model, but the academic community’s research of modern information service industry cluster model is relatively few. Research Anhui province’s modern information service industry cluster model, which both can rich in theory of information service industry cluster and provide real basis for the government department of Anhui province to formulate relevant policies scientifically, so this research has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.In this thesis, the industrial economics, regional economics, information economics, information resources management, which are the theoretical basis of this thesis. Through to absorb and draw lessons from the abroad and domestic theoretical results of industry cluster model; rely on field research method to collect first-hand information of Hefei, Wuhu, Maanshan city, where are more developed regions of information service industry clusters; refer to the information industry cluster model that belongs to some developed countries and regions of abroad and domestic. Through to adopt qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis combined, normative analysis and empirical analysis combined research methods to study the Anhui province’s modern information service industry cluster model.This thesis based on the review relevant theory of abroad and domestic industry cluster model, firstly describes the meaning and characteristics of modern information service industry clusters, defines the concept of modern information service industry cluster model and analyzes its content and impact factors. Secondly, using Porter diamond model, location entropy method and indicator icon method to have qualitatively and quantitatively measured the cluster status of modern information service industry in Anhui province, analyzes the status of modern information service industry cluster model. Thirdly, analyzes the information industry cluster model of US’s Silicon Vallery, India’s Bangalore and China’s Zhongguancun, also analyzes its inspiration to the building of the Anhui province’s modern information service industry cluster model. Finally, describes the target that the building of the Anhui province’s modern information service industry cluster model, pointes out the specific content of the modern information service industry cluster’s formation model, internal relationship model, development and evolution model, innovation and upgrade model, also from enterprises, universities and research institutes, intermediary service organization and government to Propose the model safeguards.
