Abstract


Background and objectiveDevelopment of RNA interferrence (RNAi) technology was used to search the gene function,selected medicine and targeting of disease by more and more research groups. The nuclear progress is how to setup a database for specific gene, this database would has the primary foundation for further the gene scanning of human genomic.The researchers in different subjects can use the RNAi technology which afford a bridge function, and the speed increased so fast that we need built a information database help our scholar get more recent news about the silent gene and target sequence by convenient way. And the database can accept the RNAi information refered by related scholars.RNAi involve into so many different subjects, so, the setup of RNAi database will be convenient for researchers to quickly find out the gene and target sequence which have been silently and avoid repeated working. Then, the database still can accept the related gene research work referred by other researchers, it can be added into the database after analysis, make our database more abundant and characteristic. During the selecting of operating system, we find that there is an undirected, insufficient and complicated of the MYSQL+PHP under Linux. So, we are planning to setup a database will be a convenient, fast tool for users who just can find out the related information from the Internet.To design and apply software of the RNAi medical information database analyzer. We can search the correlated information through this RNAi database by SQL server 2000 with PHP.
