Abstract


From the angle of the financing of the SMEs, This article analyzes the financing environment of the SMEs by the means of the SWOT analysis, pointing out that there are advantages and disadvantages in financing in Chinese SMEs, and there are opportunities as well as challenges. The article summarizes the characteristics and causes of the SMEs in China, and points out that the formation of the current financing characteristics in SMEs is mainly from three aspect—their own, financial institutions and the social environment. After that, the article compares the various financing modes abroad, and summarizes the referenced significance from the various financing modes. Then the article establishes the financing mode and financing channel that suit to Chinese SMEs, and points out that financing channel suited to Chinese situation would be established on the management system, credit guarantee system and the capital market system. At last, the article brings forward a series of suggestions on the building of the financing system in SMEs, that provides reference for solving the difficult on the financing during the SMEs development and promote the regional economic development and social harmonious stabilization.
