Objective:To investigate whether the acupuncture has the influence on the duration in hospital and interval of the second time to be hospitalized of the Coronary Heat Disease’s patients.Methods: Total 128 patients who were first diagnosed as Coronary Heat Disease were randomly divided into two groups, 66 in the acupuncture treatment group, including 36 males and 30 females ,the average ages were (51.5±10.5)years old. They were all given the Western medicine and accepted the acupuncture on Neiguan area;62 in the control group, including 33males and 30 females,the average ages were (52.5±11.5)years old. They were only given the Western medicine. Two groups were compared with each other in total number of discharged patients in 5d,10d,15d,20d, and total number of patients who were hospitalized twice in one year with statistics analyse.Results:Compared with the control group, the number of the discharged patients in 5d,10d in the acupuncture treatment group were evidently more in average hospitalized days, the difference was significant (P<0.05、P<0.05). The number of the discharged patients in 15d,20d in the acupuncture treatment group and the control group were no evident difference over the average hospitalized days, and there was no significant statistical difference(P>0.80、P>0.05). The number of hospitalized patients twice were evidently more in the acupuncture treatment group than that in the control group in one year, the difference was significant (P <0.01).Conclusion: It can shorten the hospitalized days and prolong the
