Abstract


Human resource is the most importance enterprises resource, and it is the engine of corporations’development, in most cases it could be awarded the first resource of enterprises. Brain drain could optimize corporations’manpower structure, which makes for companies sustainable development especially in economy boom time at the present day. But excessively frequent flowing of talent may have harm effect on the stability and durative of the corporation. More disadvantages such as manager and important professional demission leading to core technology and secret information leaking out may result in a great crisis of a corporation. How to fetch in qualified personnel, how to inspire them and how to keep them are the problems that a company could not avoid. Thus the research of talent out flow has its great significance to the enterprises’long-range strategy.Methodology in this study takes the form of literature research by reading a great deal of literature related to talent flows, investigating the present human resource status of H company, and analyzing the corporation’s manpower structure. Questionnaires are designed combing with the human resource management of present situation, the survey data are analyzed by evaluation of validity and reliability, and by the use of SPSS software the reason of brain drain is resolved into eight factors. Linear regressive model is established according to the result of regression analysis, which shows that the payment and welfare have the top two significantly negative correlations.According to the reason of talent flow from H company, the main pay welfare system, performance appraisal system, enterprise culture, occupation career planning, training of five aspects in order to find solutions to H company countermeasure of brain drain. In order to improve the H company’s human resources management strategy of enterprises, so as to realize the required personnel, for the purpose of reduce turnover rate.
