Abstract


Famous management guru Peter Drucker,"The so-called enterprise management,ultimatelyPersonnel Management of the management, is synonymous with enterprise management." Can almost besaid that the modern enterprise management is people-centered management, human resources the mostimportant resource of the enterprise,is the source for the development of enterprises. Today, in the face ofintense competition of the normal flow of talent enterprises continue to optimize the structure of humanresources, to maintain a healthy and rapid development. However, if the flow of talent too often, especiallyenterprise bear important responsibilities, hold backbone brain drain core technology or importantresources, is bound to affect the stability and sustainable development of enterprises, a large number ofbrain drain is not only will cause the cost of waste, and are more likely to produce the core secrets of risk,weaken the market competitiveness of enterprises, severe would make the survival and development ofenterprises are facing a major crisis. Therefore, how to do a good job of talent selection sterile remain fullyretain good talent,is not only one of the important research topic in human resource managementdisciplines, is the primary task of all enterprises in Human Resource Management. So the problem of braindrain study has an extremely important significance for the long-term development of the modernenterprise.YT company research background, its Human Resource Management and the brain drainsituation of brain drain and staff incentives related to theories of learning, the basic as well as the braindrain of the status quo of the YT companies human resources systems analysis,Employee satisfaction andhuman resource management satisfaction and other survey,found that the company is in the process ofhuman resources management issues and deep-seated reasons of brain drain, and pointed out that staffturnover impact may give the company,On this basis, based on the theory of staff turnover targetedstrategy to solve the problem of the brain drain, and put forward the implementation of safeguards. I hopethis article will provide some reference and reference YT companies and other enterprises facing similarproblems of brain drain.
