Abstract


China is a major country of energy consumption as its industry enterprisies use 70% energy its consumption and is very important in its energy saving strategy.The middle and small nitrogen chemical fertilizer manufacture is one of the main energy consumer in China’s industry.How to push on its energy saving strategy is a task should be solved. The strategy was discussed with SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat) in this industry in the essay and it studied a typical company’s energy management situation. The essay draws out the countermeasuries of energy saving of this industry on the basis of summary and analysis.At first the middle and small nitrogen chemical fertilizer manufacture should realize the importantance of energy saving.Then it can reach its energy saving goal by adjusting its economic structure and moving to the region close to the energy source.Furthermore,the progressive technology is the key of energy saving.Also,the mangement is the measure of energy saving carring out.Finally,goverment play an important role in company’s energy saving.The countermeasuries of energy saving of middle and small nitrogen chemical fertilizer manufacturies should be suitable to other industry since it is one part of the whole industry.
