Abstract


With the approaching of the knowledge-based economy and the aggravation of the competition, the person who is the carrier of the knowledge and information becomes the first economy resources of the business enterprise gradually. The strategic position of human resource becomes more and more significant. Many scholars pay more and more attention to obtaining the sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprise by the human resource strategy and it’s practice. As the key part of the human resource management, the compensation management is an important factor for reaching the total strategic goal. As the pace of the economic globalization become even fast, our enterprises will join the international market, competing with foreign enterprise. So our enterprises must speed up the pace of the reform, and the compensation management is the difficult point and the focal point of the reform. Researching the compensation management from the strategic viewpoint and combining the compensation system and the enterprise strategy play a very important role in promoting the implementation of the enterprise strategy and improving the competition advantage.This thesis is intended to analyze the interaction between strategic compensation and the competition advantage by researching the theory of strategic compensation. And this thesis promotes the scheme and the method to form the strategic compensation system which is helpful to improve the competition advantage.First of all, this thesis points out that researching the compensation from the strategic viewpoint has been the main developing orientation of the compensation theory which is helpful to promote the level of the compensation management and the
