Abstract


ERP (enterprise resource planning) is an advanced management concept, the system uses the modern advanced information network system, It integrates the external and internal resources of the management effectively, the integration management of the logistics, information flow and cash flow of the Enterprise improve the corporate response, obviously improve the business efficiency and operational levels, improving the business economic benefits, and make the corporation in the fierce market competition; the system is concerned by more and more enterprises.In this paper, KTK (KTK Group) is the research object, the implementation of the enterprise ERP system is studied. The research is divided into five parts:The first part is an introduction to explain the research background、current status of ERP、the paper’s main content and structure of the paper; the second part introduces the history of the ERP and function modules,giving General steps of the implementation of ERP systems; the third part analyses the KTK business, study the business requirements and establish the target of ERP system; the fourth part is to study the project team and ERP system selection for the corporation; Part V is the focus of the system implementation, establishing the system’s implementation strategy、plan,find out the key factor in the implementation process,and control the risk in the implementation process,sum up the application effect.this article describes KTK company analyze many different issues which influence the ERP system application in railway industry by studying the implementation of ERP project, in order to find out a ERP implementation mode which may be referenced by other companies in the industry.
