Abstract


Hastened by information society and, learning organization is also their supporting cornerstone. With the coming of knowledge economy era, we can easily find that learning organization is not only the needs to meet the job skills, but also becomes the very important part of employees’ life which can raise employees’life quality and company’s competitiveness in the future. To some extent, it’s meaningful to construct learning organization within the company.As the first listed company in Hunan Province, Hunan Investment Group Co., Ltd. is facing with the needs of qualified personnel after the restructuring, however the bottlenecks of personnel training within the company need to adjust and change from the entire organizational culture, which induce many problems in management, such as high staff turnover, lower loyalty and lack of fairness, and the main reason behind these problems is matching untimely in organizational culture. It becomes a top priority on how to solve the existing managing problems effectively and find out a new road adapted to the development of company, at the same time, the views on building learning organization are then ready to come.Based on years of management experience in Hunan Investment Group, the author explored the construction of learning organization in group with the related theories of learning organization and the actual situation of group. The following works are carried on:firstly, the summaries of research actuality in related theories of learning organization were conducted. Secondly, the existing situation and requirement of learning organization in Hunan Investment Group were found out, and then a research scale for all employees to conduct research were developed, and the research results were analyzed by Peter model. Thirdly, the learning organization of Hunan Investment Group was constructed comprehensively, and the detailed program of constructing learning organization in Hunan Investment Group was discussed from organization, culture, security system, training system and the ability that learning into productivity this five aspects.
