Abstract


Every enterprise has its own general development strategy, some of them put intoregulations, some of them bear in the mind of entrepreneur, although these strategiesgenerated in different way, but it can only served as a periodical object of enterprise. Inorder to reach the target, related measures are required; also, enterprise should haveability to establish an effective implementation supporting system to maintain thesustainability of these measures.As the development of standard of living and outbreak of automotive industry, ittend to share resource and integrate supply chain in the worldwide, a new launch ofmerger annexation have started. The main stream of development strategy in automotiveindustry are operate enterprise in group and gain benefit from economy of scale,resource integration in depth and operating globalization are also configured as part ofstrategy and confirmed by most of automotive enterprise.This passage first introduces the background situation of ABC Company and itsdevelopment strategy then evaluates and analyzes the shortage of strategyimplementation supporting system and proposes the optimization and reform solutionfrom the perspective of organization controlling, management system, processingmechanism and information support. With the help of high performance group controlsystem, General site can monitor, control and integrate all resources for theirsub-organization in all aspect by well-performed authorization mechanism which canconcentrate power properly and authorized reasonably also, authorization always in linewith regulations and executed in designated scope. The integrated process managementsystem can remedy the process breakpoint between department and then implementstrategy in depth and width, performance management and process integration can beoperated in enterprise with all dimensions. The integrated information system cansupport and promote the management on supply chain and position competencythoroughly. An effective strategy implementation support system can be configured tohelp ABC company realize their general development strategy with the well-composedthree views and four points mentioned in the pretext.This passage also proposed a management model based on the research of ABC Company from the point of organization controlling, management system, processingmechanism and information support to help the enterprise realized the strategy.Meanwhile, the model can serve as tool to check defects of strategy executing systemfor the enterprise in the same industry.
