Abstract


The Dalian E&T Development Zone branch of BOC, was founded in1984, is the only one immediate result in Dalian, Liaoning Branch of Bank of China, two branches. Currently, Dalian Development Zone Branch of Bank of China headquarters has a total of nine functional departments within its jurisdiction and has nine operating branches. With the Bank of China outlets operating in strategic adjustments, the Bank of China branch in Dalian Development Zone After several years of efforts, working in branch transformation has made certain achievements, namely through the branch transformation, branches and outlets in the financial services product innovation have a significant improvement. However, due to financial market era of rapid development, as well as the growing number of customer groups, making the bank branch transformation work, need to be further improved. Today, the Bank of China branch in Dalian Development Zone, ongoing analysis, design more sophisticated network transformation strategy. In the new financial reform advocated government leadership on the occasion, the sustained and stable development of the national economy, increasing financing needs of society and social change in consumer attitudes customer groups three external opportunities and will provide Dalian Development Zone Branch of Bank of China in the future operation and development of the road network to provide more opportunities. Meanwhile, the Bank of China branch in Dalian Development Zone, is also facing threats:foreign banks to expand the domestic financial market, the rise of private lending. However, Bank of China, Dalian Development Zone Branch can make use of their advantages, such as wealth of financial products, high service standards and a strong network marketing ability to deal with the crisis. However, in the front edge, Dalian Development Zone Branch of Bank of China outlets disadvantage is not to be underestimated, the main disadvantage of geographic distribution outlets discomfort, compared with its peers in terms of the small number of outlets and supporting infrastructure is relatively weak, inadequate allocation of human resources network.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter discusses the research background and thesis research ideas, mainly on the Dalian Development Zone Branch of Bank of China branch transformation of the basic situation.
