Abstract


At present, Chinese market of private competition among small and medium enterprises will be promoted comprehensively, which for each private enterprise is a severe test. And the knowledge resource as a most active factor of production, all through the ages is the most important resource of the enterprises. Enterprise competition is the talent. In modern society, who had talent and incentive talent, to play the greatest potential and the function, who can be in competition to occupy the initiative position, who will truly be the champion, making enterprises remain invincible. For our country’s small and medium-sized private enterprises, to from the current competitive environment at home and abroad to win success in life, we must strengthen and improve the core staff of the incentive mechanism, make good use of the core talent and retain key talent. While the private small and medium-sized enterprises generally adopt core employees incentive mechanism which to have? The existing problems which? How to improve and adjust, and so on, these are the current private entrepreneurs are facing imminent task in academic circles, is a problem that is worth studying. Therefore, research on China’s small and medium-sized private enterprise core employees incentive mechanism and the incentive mechanism of the incentive effect of issues such as how to change the owner of private small and medium enterprises personnel management idea and the sustainable development of enterprises has the important theory and the practical significance.This article unifies the domestic and foreign existing research results, to demand incentive theory as the research basis, to meet the demand from the core staff incentive mechanism research perspective, analysis of China’s small and medium-sized private enterprise core employees incentive mechanism and economy of non economic incentive mechanism of the actual incentive effect, exploration our country privately operated small and medium-sized enterprise core employees incentive model. At the same time, through to the Jiangsu province 13 city 263 small and medium-sized private enterprises by questionnaire and empirical analysis, using the SPSS17.0 statistical software and regression model, the factor analysis and regression analysis based on, to our country privately operated small and medium-sized enterprise core employees incentive ( economic incentive and non economic incentive mechanism of measurement ) confirmatory factor analysis, and for the enterprise core employees incentive mechanism and incentive effects ( including job satisfaction and efforts will ) the correlation analysis. The results show, private small and medium enterprise core staff economic incentive and non economic incentive can effectively promote enterprise core employee job satisfaction and efforts will, alleviate the privately operated small and medium-sized enterprise core employee turnover problem. Specifically as follows: (1) private small and medium enterprise core employees incentive mechanism of economy and enterprise core employee job satisfaction and efforts will positive correlation; (2) private small and medium enterprise core staff of non economic incentive mechanism and enterprise core employee job satisfaction and efforts will positive correlation.
