Abstract


"Guanxi" is an objective phenomenon, which, to the individual, organization of the development has a count for much function. Fully understand the contents, proper use of the "Guanxi" between understanding and practical utility, can reduce the cost of living individuals and organizations and reduce the obstacles to development.This paper passes the way of the spot interview and acquired 92 interview case about that " Guanxi " develops function in the life. This paper carries on content analysis through the example to the function that 92 "Guanxi"s rises, have the realistic effect of four the following:the convenience of work, choice of priority, cost, punishment of reduction and other "super-rule functions." From the "Guanxi" realistic effect in the life, extend into researching that "Guanxi" works the influence of evaluation of results on governor of business enterprise. By studing five key events taken place by the L manager, discover that the " Guanxi " shows influence towards investigating.The main conclusions are:Pass substantial evidence research enunciation, in the business enterprise industry under Chinese cultural background, investigate to the governor’s work results, governor’s personal business ability is surely important, but" Guanxi " for the governor’s work results of investigate is also an indispensable factor. At the same time, inquired into the theory and fulfillment meaning of this text research, and pointed out a research existent of limit sex and need in the future work out further of problem.
