Abstract


Enterprise faced with economic globalization and market competition with the global economic swift development. Especially private enterprise which has limited resources and low management level. How to enhances own core competitiveness is critical factor in market competition.This paper introduce performance, correlation theories of performance and its history firstly, then analyze performance evaluation of NE company through interview and questionnaire survey, redesign NE company’s performance evaluation system through BSC-balanced scorecard and value of the tree .The new performance evaluation system of NE company checks the performance of branch manager and laborial staff through KPI and performance evaluation scale. It could promote the qualities of performance evaluation and advance the development through resolving strategic objective effectively.
