Abstract


Today’s society is in a globalization market economy in the process of rapid development. Therefore, China’s construction enterprises are facing the unprecedented competition and the challenge. In the new situation, establishing a set of scientific, system of the performance assessment is the urgent work for the human resources management of construction enterprises, and is also the basic guarantee for the vigorous developments of the domestic construction enterprises.HS company is a large state-owned comprehensive construction enterprise with a long history. In recent year, the economic efficiency has worsened than before during the fierce market competition. In order to meet the market challenge, as the senior leader of HS company, the author decided to introduce the up-to-date concept of human resources management. The first step is setting up the reforming group; the second step is making the reconstruction of the organizational structure as well as the job analysis; on the basis of above mentioned two points carring on the research work for the performance assessment. Through establishing a set of effective performance assessment system, the overall performance level of HS headquarters and the core competition of the enterprise have improved.This article is divided into five parts: The first one indicates the research background, the research significance and the research content; the second describes systematically the elementary theory about job analysis and the performance assessment, as well as analyzes the relationships between the two sides; the third one introduces the organization structure restoration and the work analysis implementation situation of HS headquarters; the fourth one elaborates the construction about the performance assessment system of HS headquarters and the implementation process of inspection job, according to the concrete conditions of HS headquarters; the fifth one presents the carrying processes of the performance assessment results and the improvement way of the performance assessment system. The human resources reform project of HS headquarters has achieved the set objective of the research task. The experience of the company will inspire the domestic construction circles in following the human resources reforming subjects.
