Relation between formula and syndrome is an important and logical concept in Syndrome Differentiation and Formulaology of TCM.Efficiency of formula is not only related with compatibility of formula and herbs,but also with the object that it played,there is a kind of combination between the efficiency of formula and the syndrome them treat,that is to say,the efficiency of formula are determined by the matching between the combination of formula and the pathogenesis of illness and syndromes that them treat in great extent.there is degree of combination between formula and syndrome.“Relation between Formula and Syndrome”are gradually thouht highly by the academic circles,there are many people have researched、argumented、implemented、applied very much in experiment、theory、teaching、clinic.But up to now there is no objective proof of system and full-scale from significance of syndrome.Empirical study is divided into three steps.Experiment one is the copy of liver-qi stagnation model,one unit is one week,to make use of four time spot,to make model three weeks continually,spontaneous recovery one week,observe index information of model in different time spot,to definite specific time of model form and alleosis of index,do preparation of model for second experiment.Experiment two is mechanism exploration of relation between formula and syndrome,copy liver-qi stagnation model,choose Chaihushugan San、Sijunzi Tang、Chaishusijunzi Tang,from the aspect of nervous-endocrine-immune network,to find the different pharmacological actions that three formula affected liver-qi stagnation model,from analysis to get some possible regularation,in kind formula deck provide proof for know the theory of relation between formula and syndrome.Experiment three is exploration for the therapeutic action of Chaihushugan San,from experiment two we have known that the biggest correlation together with liver-qi stagnation is Chaihushugan San,this experiment choose new index,to observe the change of liver-qi stagnation rat in thyroid axle and circulation system,use Chaihushugan San to treat,research effect that Chaihushugan San treat liver-qi stagnation syndrome from recuperative effect of the model,to get the conclution that Chaihushugan San can treat many systemic affection.The article divided two parts,literature overview summarize clinic experimental study of Chaihushugan San.Experimental part study moden biology mechanism of liver-qi stagnation model,approach different effect that Shuanjianpi compound affect should model.Experiment 1:Erect liver-qi stagnation modelMethods:the rats are divided into control,model two groups randomly,40 rats every
