Abstract


Balneotherapy with Chinese herb is one of external therapies in TCM which includes flesh and fell bath, half body bath and local bath, such as hip bath, foot bath, arm bath and face bath with the matched Chinese herbs in warm water. Besides the water’s function, it also has the curative effects which produced by Chinese herbs’available ingredients dissolved in the solution. So they together exert functions of stimulating the circulation of blood and causing the muscles and joints to relax and regulating zang_and_fu_viscera when they have absorbed from skin and mucous membrane. In a conclusion, it is an important way to cure diseases.This research has mainly discussed the laws of both syndromes and therapeutic ways of Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) with spleen deficiency causing by liver depressing, observed the interventional effects on this type CFS of combining the traditional Chinese medicine bath therapy with transdennal therapeutic system to bring the functions of stimulating the circulation of the blood and causing the muscles and joints to relax and regulating zang_and_fu_viscera into play, formed the curative scheme of curing the chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) with spleen deficiency causing by liver depressing with Chinese medicine bath therapy without any drug taken in.The research includes two parts named theoretical researched and clinical research which have analyzed the status quo of CFS and Balneotherapy with Chinese herb and discussed the mechanisms of treating CFS by Balneotherapy with Chinese herbs as well.1 Theoretical researchThe text has provided the basis according to discuss on the mechanisms of treating CFS by Balneotherapy with Chinese herb. Firstly, the writer has talked about the general state of modern study on CFS. Secondly, he has analyzed the pathogeny and pathogenesis as well as syndrome features and treatment principles. Lastly, basing on putting history literatures and modern literatures in order, the writer has discussed the feasibility of treating CFS by Balneotherapy with Chinese herbs.1.1 Study on CFS
