At the present, our country is in the rapid development of economy in this era, private enterprises become the indispensable force. However, with the scale of increase gradually, many companies face a tricky problem of human resource management. Human resources management can work, is the enterprise and employees, and the development of performance evaluation is the human resources management is an important link. This paper aims to study how to establish the scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal system, in order to enhance the enterprise overall performance so as to break the bottleneck for the development of private enterprises.This paper has designed the performance appraisal system of A standard factory so as to provide theoretical guidance for its human resource management. For this article, the authors work at theory and method of post analysis and performance evaluation. On the practical using of research data, author analysised and concluded the problems in human resources management of A, and have done a job analysis. On this basis, author designed a performance appraisal system of A.
