Abstract


Since the 90s of the 20th century, with the implementation of the policy of independent innovation, China’s rapid development of high-tech industry is to become an important driving force for our economy.However, the number and size in high-tech industry continued to improve rapidly and substantially the same time, China’s high-tech industrial competitiveness in the international market performance is not satisfactory.High-tech industry is knowledge-intensive industry, using knowledge of the technical innovations in high-tech industries is the key to survival and development.This requires us not only to make use of technological innovation within the creative resources, but also attach importance to the technical association between high-tech industry and technology diffusion.It is necessary to measure high-tech industry in China between the technology diffusion effect size, and to explore the impact of high-tech industry, the spread between the technology factors, which promote China’s high-tech industry for innovation and access to external resources for industrial technological innovation is great practical significant.Paper Introduction clear purpose and significance of this study, in this basis, the proposed lack of previous studies, and proposes his own research ideas and frameworks.The second chapter overview on technology diffusion and high-tech industry development theory, sort of technology diffusion on the development of high-tech industries, and the main channel for technology diffusion.Chapter three measures input and output method using high-tech industries in China between technology diffusion coefficients and analyze between our high-tech industry trend of technology diffusion effect.Chapter four uses panel data methods affect our industry, technology diffusion effect between the factors that the empirical analysis, found that human capital, product inputs affect trade and industry R & D spillovers among the important factors, human capital, and equipment to support R & D impact of the technology absorption is the key factors.Finally chapter five put forward policy recommendations high-tech industry to achieve rapid and healthy development of China
