Abstract


Multinational M&A is not only an important form of foreign directinvestment, but the main method for us to utilize foreign funds to rebuild state-ownedenterprises as well. While multinational M&A promote the development ofHangzhou’s enterprises, it also could bring the elevation to the level of all the socialeconomy. The experience from the successful or failing foreign funds M & Astate-owned enterprises of Hangzhou shows, that we should take the notice of thecomplex problems in each step of the multinational M&A, combine the situation oflocal economic, society and policy, avoid the negative effects and problems of theSOEs reform, take the full advantages of the positive effects of the multinationalM&A, and realize the bi-winning system between the multinational and localenterprises finally.
