Abstract


As competition in the auto industry in the PRC becomes fierce, the competition therein is no longer partial competition limited to a specific aspect, but comprehensive competition in terms of overall strength, especially the competition in terms of corporate culture and profile. Therefore, a forceful and powerful corporate culture is urgently needed in support of the development of China’s car parts enterprises, especially the large-sized enterprise groups.The purpose to write this essay is, by taking for example the experience of the corporate culture construction of Yanfeng Visteon Group-a leading auto trim enterprise, to conduct a deep-seated analysis and research on its enterprise culture and to provide solutions to the problems occurred in the process of its corporate culture construction by applying such relevant theories as management and enterprise culturology with the reference to the scientific practices and the existing results of theoretical research at home and abroad. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theory with practice, comparative study method and system analysis method to develop the arguments. Firstly, it enumerates and combs related literatures with enterprise culture theory. Secondly, it analyzes that Yanfeng Visteon Group is confronted with the industry circumstances and the present conditions. In Chapter 3, the author summarizes the present condition of Yanfeng Visteon Group’s corporate culture development and its evolution law by the methods of investigation, interview and analysis on related enterprise documents; and in Chapter 4, the author analyzes profoundly the corporate culture of Yanfeng Visteon Group and points out that the challenges facing the same. Lastly, the author puts forward the suggestions of enterprise culture integrations such as systematic integration, characteristic integration, humanistic integration and confluent integration.The author sincerely hopes to make an effective contribution to build the corporate culture that best suits the actual conditions of the enterprise and push forward the enterprise development by making the research and analysis of the enterprise culture construction practices of Yanfeng Visteon Group.
